I can remember living at the Flamingo after I first arrived in Miami. We had our local watering holes and food spots. One day a friend said, OMG you have to check out this awesome new place that just opened up, BODEGA. It is a taco stand in the front and a speak easy in the back. After our first time we were hooked! The key to 10 years seems simple – good tequila and delicious tacos.

Bodega South Beach is thier flagship location located on West Avenue in Miami Beach. Founded in December 2014, serving craft cocktails alongside live music, DJs and happy hour daily. Award winning tacos served out of a signature airstream- turned taco truck. Venture into the bar through the porta potty to find the hidden gem, featuring signature margaritas and tequila based cocktails. Catch all your favorite games and bring your crew for a watch party. Open until 5am for late night debauchery and tacos for pick up or delivery.

Among South Beach’s iconic line of luxury hotels, all-night clubs and luxury shops, Bodega brings the scene back to Miami‘s local side. Located on Miami Beach, the restaurant and bar’s tricked out taco truck interior is the newest spot for over-the-top Mexican street food and yummy margaritas.
Upon entry, diners will be surprised by a converted airstream trailer that is attached to the interior back wall. This is where the kitchen staff serves up tasty tacos, antojitos and tortas.
Once you’re done eating, feel free to explore the rooms, including a weirdo non-functioning bathroom and a large speakeasy. After ten years of Tacos and Tequila it is still shocking when people do not realize their is a full bar and dance club in the back hidden away as a speakeasy.
This is where you’ll experience the electrifying nightlife that Miami locals live for. Hang out on one of the plush sofas or light up a cigarette on the balcony. Bodega is much more than a dining experience, it’s a food truck, nightclub, speakeasy and dance party all in one.
